The Garret West (2014), The Garret East (2016), and The Garret Nolita (2018) are a downtown trilogy of cocktail bars by Den Hospitality. All three locations are designed by Jeff White and built by Angus McIntosh, with cocktails curated by Grant Wheeler showcasing ingredients originating from Latin American areas, from Mexico to the tip of South America. Den Hospitality's newest location, The Garret Nolita, has the same cozy living room vibes as the other outposts, but with a nomadic flavor all its own. Channeling a hacienda, the setting is inspired by all the boho writers and artists who've explored life south of the border.
