Her Name Was Carmen pays homage to the liveliness of Latin America in the '50s and '60s, from hospitality duo Thatcher Shultz and Andres Diaz. Split across two spacious floors on Broome Street in West Soho, the upstairs dining room offers a menu showcasing fresh seafood by chef Omar Ben Hammou (formerly of Le Bernardin). After dinner, guests make their way downstairs for eclectic music curation by Nacho Isa, and a unique design by Venezuelan-born Maurizio Bianchi Mattioli, and Australian-born Angus McIntosh.
